Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime 是 .NET 运行时的一种版本，主要用来运行基于 Windows 桌面应用框架（WinForms 和 WPF） 开发的程序。
简单来说：
Runtime（运行时）：让电脑能执行用 .NET 写的程序，就像“播放器”一样，不需要安装开发工具。
Desktop Runtime（桌面运行时）：专门针对 桌面应用程序（带窗口的、图形界面的软件），支持 Windows Forms（WinForms）和 Windows Presentation Foundation（WPF）。
